Historical Transactions & Sales Volume: January 15, 2010

It would seem that transaction volume has no where to go but up.  During the boom years of 2004-2007, an average of 75 retail centers sales totaling $605M in value sold each year.  In 2009, the Tri-County area saw only 16 centers trade with a total asset value of $74.5M (down 88% from the average).  See graph below.
