Lee Buys Former Southcenter Circuit City October 19, 2010

Omar Lee, owner of the Pan-Asian themed Great Wall Mall Shopping Mall in Kent, purchased the former Circuit City building on Andover Park East in Tukwila last week. Lee paid $3.35 million for the 42,800 square foot retail building that was originally offered for sale for $5.4 million by Fairfield Financial of Houston, Texas.

The property has remained vacant since Circuit City declared bankruptcy in late 2008. Fairfield purchased the property on December 8th 2009 in a public auction put it on the market shortly thereafter.

According to the DJC Lee has not yet divulged his plans for the building…
