Safco Capital Corporation has just sold the Marysville Town Center. The 226,000 square foot Albertsons anchored center closed last week for $19,150,000. According to Costar, the center is 80% leased with a major whole left by the former Gottschalks. We are told that this traded hands around a 7.5% CAP depending on how you analysis it. The center was originally built in 1988 with JCPenny, Staples & Rite Aid as additional draws.

The center was last purchased in 2004 for $19,450,000.
